Create, run and share tournaments in minutes
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This policy explains what data Rollare collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run your tournaments, we don't sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Where GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (running your tournaments), based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and — for marketing emails and optional cookies — with your consent.
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics — under agreements that restrict their use of it. We may also disclose data when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Note that content you publish on public pages is, by design, visible to anyone with the link.
We keep your data while your account is active so your tournaments keep working. When you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we remove it from production systems, subject to short backup cycles and legal retention duties.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Tournament organizers control the data of their participants; if you registered for a tournament, contacting the organizer is usually the fastest way to adjust your entry. You can also email us anytime.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
We encrypt traffic in transit, restrict internal access to production data, and log sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously and will notify you of serious incidents as required by law.
Privacy questions or requests? Email hello@rollare.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
