Put the right referee on every match — without the group-chat chaos
Assign officials per match while you schedule, catch double bookings automatically, and invite helpers by link with permissions scoped to exactly what they need.
- Per-match referee & scorekeeper roles
- Overlap and rest-time conflict detection
- Link invites with scoped permissions
Assign officials where you already schedule
Referee assignment lives inside the match editor and the schedule grid, so naming an official is part of laying out the day — not a separate spreadsheet. Assignments show up on the match card, in the referee's own view, and on the schedule everyone sees.
- Referee, scorekeeper and helper roles per match
- Assign from the schedule grid or match dialog
- Each helper sees only the matches they're assigned to
- Every assignment and change is recorded in the audit log
Conflicts flagged while you still have options
The scheduler watches every assignment: a referee can't be on two courts at once, and a minimum rest window between duties is enforced so nobody gets scheduled from one final straight into the next. Overlaps surface as inline warnings, not post-event apologies.
- Same-slot double assignment detection
- Minimum rest window between a referee's matches
- Warnings shown inline during assignment
Invite by link, scoped to a match — not your whole event
Generate an invite link with a custom role and exactly the permissions it implies: record results, or edit the schedule, or both. Helpers accept the link, see their matches, and never touch the settings. Declined invites come back to you with a message so you can reassign in seconds.
