- Capacity limits & waitlists
- Organizer approval workflow
From sign-up link to seeded bracket
Open registration on your tournament and share the link anywhere — group chat, club newsletter, Instagram bio. Every entry becomes a team record in Rollare, and when you close the gate and seed the draw, the bracket fills itself.
- Entries auto-create team records with the contact details you asked for
- Approve or decline entries one by one, or in batches
- Accepted teams flow straight into seeding — no re-typing
- Players can edit their own entry until you lock it
Forms that ask the right questions
Beyond team name and contact, you can collect exactly what your event needs: phone numbers with validation, t-shirt sizes, partner names for doubles, a QR code for on-site payment, or a short agreement players must tick before entering.
- 8 field types including email, phone, dropdowns and checkboxes
- Required or optional per field, with inline validation
- Separate forms per division in multi-division events
- Live form preview before you publish
Capacity, waitlists and day-of check-in
Set an entry cap per event or per division. When the cap hits, new sign-ups join a waitlist instead of bouncing. On event day, check teams in from your phone — withdrawals drop out of the bracket before the first round is ever drawn.
