Discord notifications
Push results, schedule changes, approvals, and champions into your community server.
Per-tournament Discord webhooks keep your community server in sync with the event: paste a webhook URL once, and Rollare posts updates as they happen.
Setup
- In your Discord server: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, choose the announcement channel, and copy the webhook URL.
- In the tournament settings, open the Discord section and paste the URL.
- Pick which events to push (below) and hit Send test to confirm the channel lights up.
What can be pushed
| Event | Posted when |
|---|---|
| Match results | A result is recorded |
| Schedule changes | A match is placed or rescheduled |
| New entries approved | A registration passes review |
| Champion crowned | The final is decided |
Behavior notes
- The webhook belongs to your server — Rollare posts only what you subscribed to, and you can revoke it anytime from Discord's side.
- Draft events push too. A webhook on a draft tournament still posts updates — handy as a private feed for your organizing team before the public launch.
- Delivery is fire-and-forget: if Discord is unreachable at a moment, that notification is skipped (the data lives on the public page regardless).
